Terms of use

The service

roamstreak helps you plan trips: it builds itineraries with AI, lets you edit and share them, and rewards planning with XP, badges, streaks and coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be bought.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use roamstreak (TODO: Taher to confirm the age). Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete it at any time from your Passport.

Itineraries are suggestions

Plans, prices, opening hours and travel times are generated and checked automatically; they can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters (visas, bookings, safety advice) with the official source before you rely on it.

Partner bookings

Booking links take you to a partner's site. The booking, its price and its terms are between you and that partner; roamstreak may earn a commission and never processes your payment.

Fair use

• Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or scrape or overload it.
• Do not try to gain XP, coins or badges by automating the games or tampering with requests.
• Content you add to a shared trip must be yours to share.

Changes and ending the service

We can change or end features, and these terms, with notice in the app. If we close an account for breaking these terms, its trips and rewards go with it.

Liability

roamstreak is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on a plan, a partner booking or the service being unavailable. TODO(Taher): governing law and the operating entity.
